Feeling a little goth today. Hanging out in the local cemetery, in the proper attire, of course. I always go back to the black on black on black on black look and this tweed/chain link cropped jacket makes me feel very Chanel.

Headwrap is the result of unruly bangs. Super buff legs are the result of marathon training.

Accessories are kind of an obsession for me. I hoard them. Scarves, purses, hats... an entire drawer dedicated entirely to sunglasses. It's just what I like. Ring on every finger, piles of bracelets and necklaces. The more the better. Which is why I am thrilled that we are finding new and unusual ways to adorn ourselves. I might just turn into my own knight in shining armor.

Goth Granddaughter

Today my doctor asked me if I am goth. He then asked if that is related to emo. It brought me back to the days when my grandpa used to call me his "goth granddaughter" simply because I was addicted to my black hair dye. Can't a girl just like the color black?

I do however love Gareth Pugh's Fall 2011 collection, and he is pretty much the reining dark prince of fashion. He makes goth look spectacular. If this is goth, sign me up.
